  • • We develop unique experiential ideas, centering AAPI themes, that set the tone for the entire event. These themes will serve as the guiding principles for all creative decisions, including branding, décor, entertainment, and activations.

    • We define event objectives including target audience and specific ROIs

    • We utilize storytelling to create the aligned AAPI narrative arc that guides attendees through the event experience. Incorporating storytelling elements into experiences, performances, or decor to emotionally connect with the audience.

  • • We source vendors – NYSU prioritizes AAPI owned brands & businesses for all their events.

    • We design the layout of the venue to optimize flow and ambiance.

    • We create and maintain budgets and timelines while overseeing logistics leading up to the event, ensuring every piece is coordinated with precision.
